As of now the changelog has gone missing. It is at least as old as
April 15th 2007. The change probably was reenabling the releasing of the ip.

For an inexplicable reason Windows ipconfig seems to have changed since June.
Releasing the IP results in an error that occurs rarely. As a result the
releasing operation has been removed from 1.3.

After completing choice 2 ResetInternet now lets you shutdown to complete
the operation or continue working. Added the ability to reset TCP/IP stack
through choice 2. Also compressed the executable. Size nearly cut in half.

Version RC2
The Hosts file and Winsock are now reset as a
seperate operation from Resetting Internet. Also added clearing and
refreshing NetBT to the Reset Internet operation.

Added a user interface and the abililty to
reset the Hosts file. Also added an option to Undo the changes made to
the Hosts file and trouble shoot your connection. Resetting the
Internet now clears the ARP cache basically making this file equal to
if not superior to the Windows method of resetting a connection.
Changed how trouble shoot your connection works.
